FABIO VOLPI (a.k.a. dies_)

Music Author, Multidisciplinary Collaborator

Trained as a visual graphic designer and architect, I was a member of the Otolab Collective since 2001, creating multimedia events in Milan, Rome, Brussels, Paris, Mexico City, Oslo, Toulouse, and Montreal, and winning the international competition Celeste Prize in Berlin. In 2012, I started the Dies_ solo project, working on projection mapping and audiovisual live performances. In 2019, I was awarded the first prize in the Kyiv Light Festival contest, and selected for the Video Mapping Awards in Lille, in 2022 and 2023.

MARILINA CIACO

Author texts for poetic vitual environments, content editor.

Writer and literary critic, she holds a Ph.D. in Contemporary Literature, Visual and Media Studies.
Actually collaborates with the University of Bologna and University of Zurich. Her main research fields are contemporary poetry and experimental writing.

Among her works: "Gli anni del disincanto" (2023), "Ghost Track" (2022) and "Intermezzo e altre sinapsi" (2020). Her critical articles have appeared in numerous literary magazines and blogs.

GIORGIO FUNARO

Multidisciplinary Collaborator

English: He is a multidisciplinary artist specializing in Motion & Visual Design and Light Art. He creates motion design for events, brands, musicians, and festivals, using generative software to create high-level artistic visuals and 2D/3D software for more traditional works.

As a Light Artist, he creates audio-visual and light installations for events, exhibitions, and shootings. He always tries to use an immersive approach for the project with a physical part.

ANTONIA BRUNO

Assistant Professor of Microbiology at the University of Milano-Bicocca.

Biologist fascinated by microbial biodiversity, she studies microbiomes from conventional and unconventional environments using DNA-based and multi-omics approaches. Her main fields of research are microbiology, molecular biology, metagenomics, and microbial ecology.

She currently works within the Department of Biotechnology and Biosciences at the University of Milano-Bicocca, where she coordinates projects on water, built-environment, food, and human skin microbiomes.

Among her recent works: SKIOME Project (2022) and Exploring the microbial dark matter of drinking water treatment plants (2017). Her research has been featured in international journals and collaborative European projects.

GIULIA AGOSTINETTO

Program Manager presso GSK Tech, con base a Rixensart (Vallonia, Belgio).

Laureata e dottorata nel campo della bioinformatica e dei dati ‘-omics’ presso il Università degli Studi di Milano‑Bicocca (Dipartimento di Biotecnologie e Bioscienze).

Si occupa di visualizzazione e mining di dati biologici, con focus su ambienti poco convenzionali e metodi di metagenomica.

Tra i lavori principali: «Data-driven approaches for biodiversity exploration via DNA metabarcoding data analysis» (Tesi di dottorato, 2022).

ELISA LONGO

Autrice, poetessa, performer e giornalista

È curatrice del programma radiofonico Vocale su Fango Radio, un esperimento poetico che unisce letture, voci, suoni, arte, corpo e messaggio vocale.

La sua ricerca si concentra su scrittura poetica intermediale, arti sperimentali e comunicazione sociale.

Tra le sue pubblicazioni: Buttate la poesia tra le gambe di una donna che passeggia (IQdB, 2018) e Ribilanciare per sottrazione (Samuele Editore, 2023).
